Our events can be as simple as a small group attending our award winning public shows,
or a private performance, with catering, live jazz music and more!
Private space/Public Show
Designed for groups who wish to attend one of our scheduled public shows (without renting out the entire theater) but would also like to have a private get-together before the show.
We set up a reserved room for your group which can be used for food and/or beverages and a private social hour BEFORE we open the doors to the general public.
Pricing: Group discounts for show tickets MAY apply depending on the size of the group, and a $200 fee for the one hour room rental. The room remains reserved for your group for the entire evening.

Private Show Only
Designed for larger groups who want to have a private show WITHOUT food, and doesn’t need any additional time for a “social hour”.
The show runs exactly as our public shows do, with doors opening 30 minutes before show time, and a brief intermission.
You may provide your own beverages and light snacks/desserts. (We provide space for a small tray with light snacks etc. *Note: this option does NOT include setting up tables for catered food and such)
Full Theater Private Event
Designed for larger groups who want to have a private show complete with catering and/or beverages, with an extra hour before the show for social time etc.
You provide and arrange your own catering and/or beverages. (We can suggest catering companies that have worked with us MANY times). You provide plates and utensils as needed if necessary.
We provide tables for food and drinks etc, (with table cloths unless you want to custom decorate yourself) We provide an areas for beverages and desserts.

Your guests will relax in the elegant ambiance of our spacious lobby, complete with beautifully framed, vintage magic posters and Victorian furniture, and can enjoy anything from light refreshments to a fully catered meal! Private events are allowed to serve alcohol if desired.
Magic Jazz and More
The room is filled with classic and vintage jazz music to set the mood, and we even have a live jazz duo available for live music in the lobby before the show and during intermission.
We work with various local, professional jazz musicians and it’s the perfect way to top off the night!
After your group’s social time in the lobby, your guests will enter our theater and enjoy a full evening show, which INCLUDES intermission and is approximately 2 hours. We also allow extra social time if requested after the show. Learn more about the evening show here
Small group?
If using the whole theater is more than you need, let us know and we’ll work out a group discount for your group to attend our regularly scheduled public shows. We’ll block off a section of seats for you, and we can even allow your group early access to mingle before we open to the public!
You can also reserve our Parlour Room for your group. The parlour room is a room connected to our main lobby, it is not closed off, but is a separate adjacent room.
