LATE ARRIVALS, FAMILY FRIENDLY, TICKETING, DRESS CODE AND ADA
Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before show time!
Doors open 30 minutes before show time. If you’re going to be late, PLEASE CALL US and we’ll save your seats.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that we don’t have empty seats in the middle of the rows. If we DO NOT hear from you, and you arrive less than TEN MINUTES before show time, we reserve the right to move your seats! (This includes FRONT ROW getting moved BACK) There are no partial refunds for late arrivals who have their seats moved! CALL us and we’ll save your seats, no problem!
Out of respect for our guests, and to preserve the integrity of the shows, if you are late you may need to wait to be let in. There are instructions ON THE DOOR for late arrivals.
CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL TICKETS are NON-REFUNDABLE so PLEASE be sure you can make it BEFORE purchasing!
However… We know that things happen! If you contact us 72 hours or more BEFORE showtime we can REBOOK you’re tickets for another night, based on availability or issue a gift card, valued at 85% of your purchase price.
REBOOKING RULE: We will ONLY REBOOK YOU ONCE, please do not ask us to keep moving your seats to different dates.
If you contact us and cancel 48 hours or LESS, we will cancel your booking for you and attempt to sell your seats, (we must sell out) in which case we WILL issue you a full refund. Please understand we’d rather not keep your money if you don’t show, however if you use up seats that we can’t fill, we lose business and money!
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS of ANY KIND, Gift cards, rebooking etc, if you don’t show up and then CALL US AFTER the show you reserved seats for. Thank you for your understanding on this matter!

All of our shows are family friendly!
HOWEVER… Our evening shows are called “Magic For Grown Ups” because it’s meant to be an elegant evening out for adults! We now have a strict policy of “12 and older” for our evening shows.

TICKETS are BY RESERVATION ONLY. You do NOT need to print anything.
Tickets are not sold at the door! No need to print your tickets, simply show up and your name will be on our list!
You MAY purchase your tickets all the way up to SHOWTIME, however we have limited seating so we often experience sold out shows.
DRESS CODE?
Our goal is to give everyone an elegant, classy experience! We no longer have a strict dress code, but HIGHLY RECCOMEND dressing for an elegant night out! However, we DO KNOW that most of our patrons are travelling, so please do your best! Don’t miss the show just because you didn’t bring evening attire with you!
ADA COMPLIANT
We are currently REMODELING our NEW SPACE!
Our ADA compliant second bathroom is currently being built and is expected to be finished by mid May 2023!
The theater has THREE ROWS, with access via STAIRS.
We have DEDICATED SPACE for wheel chairs and such, as well as for ANYONE who has difficulty with stairs
